Welcome Project WRITE Teachers
February 4, 2008
Welcome Project WRITE Teachers to our new blog. As we explore blogging this spring, we will use this site as another one of our online homes in addition to our wiki and Google Group. Our hope is that we can create a co-authored blog that shares new ideas, resources, and links to projects going on in our classrooms.
To get signed up here, please email me and let me know what email account you used to sign in to Edublogs. Then, I will get you connected to our blog, too.
Thanks and happy blogging!
Troy

Troy, I have no idea what I’m doing here but I’m giving it the all American…I set up an edublog called, Ms. Edwards’ corner. Is that what I was suppose to do? I tried to upload a picture from my computer but it said the file was too big. It was taken with a digital camera and put on to the computer. Is there some way to reduce the size of the file? I am impressed with the way this blog looks and I truly do want to know how this is done. Yup, I am intimidated. But at my age, it’s not like it’s the first time for that little problem:) Who will see this note. I assume this is not quite like email. Am I right? What is a url? How would I know if I have one? Any help you can share will be appreciated, even if its not totally understood.

My response the the info. about MEAP….
Whatever. It is what it is and it’s constantly changing. You can’t write a standardized test for all kids. Kids don’t come “standard” and the state should stop trying.

Hi –
Well Edublog is a cool idea, but I am still overwhelmed with all of these new technology resources, my head is spinning.
But I am excited about all of the new prospects and keep thinking about how to use these in my classes, maybe not this year but definitely next year.
