wow! As I watched the video 2 Million Minutes I am struck by my ELL students n comparison to my non-ELL students. My ELL students are so fascinated by learning. They ask for more work, more homework and do not like downtime. When I give them "free time", they work on their English, their math or play chess or checkers. I often wonder what they they think of the English speaking students and their lack of motivation in my class.
